- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate support.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Log customer interactions and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Proficiency with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and troubleshooting common software and systems.
