KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and report feedback to improve services.
  • Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate support.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Log customer interactions and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and troubleshooting common software and systems.
