KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, proofread, and organize contracts, listings, and reports.
- Update and manage CRM systems with client and transaction records.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts to showcase listings and market updates.
- Grow social media followers and boost engagement with strategic plans.
- Respond to messages and comments to foster community engagement.
- Assist in creating marketing materials like flyers and newsletters.
- Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized calendar while acting as a liaison for clients and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year working experience or Completed National Service.
- Excellent client facing communication skills.
- Proven working experience in social media engagement.
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of media tools.
- Clients’ confidentiality.
