In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their needs, and ensure every interaction is professional and efficient. KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Speak clearly, eloquently, and quickly to provide an optimal customer experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to adjust communication style to fit American language preferences and ensure clarity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to and speak in American English fluently and quickly.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers resolve issues.
- Ability to work five days a week, which may include weekends.
